This 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house has many upgrades to make you feel comfortable. The house is situated on 25 shared acres with horses, dogs, and even a couple of adorable kittens (not indoor pets). This is not suitable for guests to bring their own pets due to the current 4-legged residents. Beautiful front lawn with views of the Collegiate Peaks. Close to amenities, but far enough away from the summer traffic for peace and quiet.

The bunkhouse was perfect for myself and two grandsons. We were approximately 5 minutes from downtown, but in the country. We would have a herd of elk in the evening behind us and I would sit and watch a doe and her twins in the morning with coffee on the front porch. The Bunkhouse was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. We even went out front and laid on the lawn at night to stargaze. We were only minutes from Cottonwood Hot Springs and much more. Great cabin with beautiful views of the mountains from every window. Perfect size for our family of four…could definitely fit more if you had smaller kids. The fire stove was awesome and kept the main part of the house cozy. Tons of deer came to visit on the front lawn in the evening as well as daily visits from the property’s mascots…two really sweet cats who loved to lounge on the front porch.
