REVIEWS:

This home was very warm and comfortable with fully equipped kitchen.  The log cabin decor made it feel very mountain cozy.  The back deck was absolutely beautiful with the stream flowing below, birds everywhere and views of the mountains.  The natural landscaping creates privacy on the deck so it’s just you and nature.  It is far enough from the hustle of town, but still only minutes away from Main Street activity/shops/restuarants.  It was perfect for our group of 4; 2 singles and 1 couple.  The host was very responsive and this property is well maintained.  We have stayed at many different properties in the Buena Vista area and this is by far our favorite.  We made some great memories with family and look forward to staying at this property in the future!  Stephanie July 2024 Air BnB

Brock house offers your own private river and mountain view’s that don’t quit. Sitting on the deck swing is a dream. It is in a great location to hike the Collegiate Peaks. Main Street Buena Vista is charming has good restaurants and shops. We enjoyed our stay at Brock house. The views are stunning. The sound of the river is relaxing. We absolutely loved the Brock Haus! You are completely surrounded by 14ers! Our family of four (kids aged 14 & 12) hiked the nearby 14ers then came back to the house and enjoyed fishing in the stream or sitting on the huge back porch enjoying the beautiful views and wildlife. One of the highlights of the week was horseback riding, which was close by. We also really enjoyed driving up to Cottonwood Pass and to Twin Lakes. The house was perfect! If we have the opportunity to visit Buena Vista again we would definitely want to stay at the Brock Haus. Kelly B, July 2017
