This one bedroom apartment is attached to a home in a quiet residential neighborhood. The bedroom opens to the guest’s own private back patio. (The fireplace in the pictures is not usable). It is a new remodel with one bedroom and a daybed in the living room. It’s private so guests most likely won’t see the residents in the main house. 

The kitchen is a small galley kitchen with new appliances and open to the living area. The living area does have Wifi and a smart tv for streaming. Parking is limited to one car in the driveway directly in front of Sol Suite or one car parked curbside.
